We use high-accuracy 3D scanning to capture exact dimensions of parts, vehicles, and components. It’s ideal for reverse engineering, custom fabrication, or when you need a perfect digital model to build from. This enables us to create real world parts that fit perfectly. We can come to you with our portable scanning workstation or scan your part in house. The prosses in non intrusive, our scanners use structured light waves without touching your part or car, the scanner follows markers gently places on the parts surface for refence. The scanners light waves are even safe for the human eyes.
We use advanced CAD software to accelerate the design proses and allow us to produce components that are purpose built, robust and elegant, all while keeping costs lower than traditional methods. By experimenting at the desk first, we can tweak and tailor the concepts well before the fabrication prosses starts, eliminating expensive prototyping and re-work.
